He was extremely professional pointing out any problems I have that need attention, and explaining the entire operation. He had me inspect every detail of his work, explaining how long I should stay off the different floors and would not use a spray until I approved its use. I appreciate his conduct, promptness, general cleanliness and demeanor. He is not only a gentleman, but an honest one. He showed me every aspect of the operation. You are lucky to have this young man in your employ; he did not waste a single minute. I am going to duplicate your card and give it to our management company for them to recommend your work. The name of our management company is G&G Management; they manage many properties and, like you, take pride in their work.”

Richard was able to get out the blue crayon that [another company] could not! My husband walked into the room and said “they did a better job then the last company” Aqualux was able to come at my convenience instead of a ” 3- 4 hour window” of time. Want to try them on my grout cleaning and sealing.

Called in the afternoon and had an appointment set up for that same evening as soon as it was convenient for me. Richard was SO friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful – he explained everything he was doing and checked multiple times to make sure I was totally happy with the results. In one quick appointment he did everything from get old paint out of a carpet to gently clean an oriental rug. The ONLY one I would trust from now on!‎

I called Aqualux after seeing the excellent reviews of their carpet-cleaning services online — though it was my car, not my carpet, that needed cleaning. My car was in dire condition after I left the windows open (twice!) in torrential rain. The day after I called, Aqualux came to my house to clean my car, which is now completely free of the terrible mildew smell it had acquired. Definitely a great service. Though I wasn’t planning on paying quite as much as I did (the total was just over $100), I’d rather spend a little more to have it done right. And it was.‎

Cars are actually the most bacteria infested places that often get overlooked by most people. We eat in them, we spill drinks in them and people rarely give it a good clean. I remember hearing on the radio that the bacteria found in cars is worse than our bathrooms! Thank you Risa for your kind words and we hope to hear from you in the future.

“I called Aqualux on Wednesday at 5:00pm and someone was able to come and clean my carpets on Thursday at 9:00am. Talk about quick turn around! They did a great job in cleaning had stains from a recent birthday party and some that had been there for months, they got it out with no problem. Very satisfied with the job! Thanks Brent”

“Well let me start off by saying that when you call they are extremely friendly and willing to help. I called on Monday night at 7pm and they came the next morning at 9am to clean my carpets. I have pets and though that I only had a few spots that needed to be treated. Richard pulled back my carpet and to my surprise there were a whole lot more than I thought. Once they were done there was no smell and the back on the carpet was spotless. I have had other people clean my carpet in the past and no one has fixed the pet stains like these guys. I would defiantly use them again and would recommend them to any one that needs their carpet cleaned. Especially ones that have 4 legged friends!”

“I recently heard about Aqualux Carpet service on 1310 The Ticket. My wife and I had previously discussed getting the carpets in our heavily trafficked apartment cleaned, but I never seemed to get around to i. So I took the opportunity to call Aqualux. I’m definitely glad I did. I spoke with Brett and he answered every one of my questions without hesitation and gave me a great quote. On cleaning day, not only were they prompt (even early!) to clean the carpets, but had already known that my apartment complex did not allow large cleaning vehicles and brought a portable unit. After pretreating the worst stains, our tech proceeded to clean the carpets to the same level of cleanliness they had on move-in day. Friendly and courtesy, our tech explained everything he was doing, made pleasant small talk and was finished before I knew he began. My wife works at a flooring store and will recommend Aqualux to all of her customers. Wonderful work!”

I have lived in my house close to a year and I have one specific room that my dogs love to have their accidents in. I have tried cleaning it and have had other people try as well. Aqualux came out and made my smelly room a clean room! The Technician was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. My carpets look great and I definitely recommend using them!
